White feces, EHP
White feces (floating feces, loose or broken gut contents) can come from gut microbial imbalance, harmful bacteria, gregarines, toxic algae or environmental stress; ponds with EHP also often show white feces. Do not conclude EHP from white feces alone — examine samples and run PCR. Than Vuong's protocol: feed CLEVER + FLASH to support gut microbial balance while checking and stabilising the pond.

Treatment Protocol
- 1
Step 1: Check first — examine gut, feces and hepatopancreas (look for gregarines), count Vibrio on TCBS plates, run PCR if EHP is suspected; send gut and feces photos plus days of culture to Than Vuong's technical team
- 2
Step 2: Cut feed by 30-50% (at least 50% if the hepatopancreas is poor); check pH, alkalinity, NH3, NO2 and oxygen; siphon a dirty bottom and exchange with treated water
- 3
Step 3: Mix CLEVER at 5g/kg feed into the morning and afternoon meals (10g/kg feed per day)
- 4
Step 4: Mix FLASH at 7g/kg feed into the midday meal, together with CLEVER
- 5
Step 5: Pale or shrunken hepatopancreas: add HERB GUARD 7-10ml/kg feed for 7-10 days, together with CLEVER 5g/kg and FLASH
- 6
Step 6: Monitor liver colour, gut colour, feces texture, feeding speed and intake daily; once white feces clear, keep CLEVER 3g/kg + FLASH 3g/kg, 2 meals/day until harvest
