QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) OFFICER
• Manage the document system: track and update SOP document numbering; issue, distribute, control the validity period of, and withdraw documents. • Draft, revise and update records and documents of the quality system. • Write up, log and investigate quality incidents/deviations. • Plan the monitoring and upkeep of the quality system: equipment calibration and verification, water sampling, environmental sampling, validation and cleaning. • Draw up protocols, carry out and report on validation and quality-monitoring work. • Open or log records; implement and supervise actions; log and review result reports for incidents, deviations, complaints, changes and CAPA. • Prepare periodic product quality review reports.
