About the role
Have 2–3 years in the aquaculture market and want somewhere to go further? Than Vuong is looking for sales teammates focused on shrimp and fish. Here you never sell alone: behind you stand a GMP-WHO certified veterinary & aquaculture factory, a technical team and a set of digital tools.
01Job description
• Market: find customers and grow the market — marine and freshwater fish, shrimp, eel, snail, frog…
• Technical: advise and support customers before, during and after the sale.
• Pond follow-up: visit ponds with customers and handle issues until there are results.
• Sales & reporting: weekly and monthly result reports.
• Data: work on a data-driven management app — know today who needs care and which pond needs close follow-up.
02Requirements
• Education: college/university degree in Aquaculture, Aquatic Animal Pathology or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in aquaculture sales.
• Expertise: hands-on shrimp or fish farming knowledge.
• Technical: real farming skills.
• Character: honest, proactive, hard-working and responsible; keen to follow customers’ ponds through to harvest.
