Than Vuong offers two partnership tracks: bringing foreign technology into the Vietnamese market, and contract manufacturing at our GMP-WHO certified factory. Lallemand (France) is our first technology partner to go the full distance on both tracks with us.
Two Partnership Tracks
Each track serves a different need. Please choose the one that fits to see the details.
You have a product or technology that's already succeeded in another market and need a partner who understands Vietnamese farming to get it all the way down to the pond.
You have a formula, a brand, a market — but not a factory, or you need extra production capacity for peak season.
Technology Base
Three different technology tracks, three different sets of manufacturing requirements — and the factory runs all three on the same quality-control system.
Essential oils and plant-derived actives — a heat-sensitive material category that demands tight temperature and containment control throughout blending and packaging.
Live beneficial bacterial and yeast strains. The hardest part is holding colony density through drying, blending and the full shelf life — every batch has to be counted.
A short, positively-charged amino-acid chain that binds to the bacterial membrane and ruptures it. Because it attacks membrane structure rather than a single metabolic target, bacteria find it harder to develop resistance than to conventional antibiotics.
All three run on the same digitized batch-record system and the same sampling process — they differ in what gets controlled, not in how strictly it's controlled.

This is the path the LALPACK product line has walked with Than Vuong — and it's also the path we can walk with our next partner.
Lallemand · France
Strains, yeast fractions and enzyme preparations are researched, manufactured and quality-controlled across the group's own factory network.
Than Vuong · Tay Ninh
The foreign partner registers and owns the marketing authorization itself. Than Vuong supplies the necessary regulatory documentation, packages at our GMP-WHO factory, and provides R&D support when needed — quality is confirmed through an independent third-party testing lab and internal cross-checks.
Mekong Delta · Central · North
The product reaches distributors and farming households with a usage protocol, field technicians at the pond, and an ongoing advisory channel.

A world-leading group in microbial technology, yeast and biological solutions for livestock and aquaculture, with over 100 years of R&D experience.
A high-potency multi-strain yeast blend, Melofeed® — a natural SOD enzyme from French melons — and organic selenium. Used for shrimp, fish and snails during stress periods.
A gut probiotic with Pediococcus acidilactici and Saccharomyces cerevisiae boulardii — balances the digestive microbiome for a healthier gut, better absorption and lower Vibrio pressure.
Track 02 · Contract Manufacturing
The factory is located at Lô Q23, Đường số 11, KCN Hải Sơn mở rộng, tỉnh Tây Ninh — certified to GMP-WHO standard for aquatic veterinary products.
You provide the formula and specification, Than Vuong manufactures to that exact process, and packages it under your own brand.
You provide the product goal and price segment, our R&D team builds the formula, makes prototypes and refines them together with you.
We provide the full set of manufacturing documents and regulatory documentation for you to register the product yourself as an aquatic veterinary product in Vietnam — usually the step that takes foreign partners the longest.
Process
Five steps, in order. Each one has a concrete deliverable so both sides know exactly where things stand.
You submit a proposal through the form below. We respond and schedule an initial call.
Sign a confidentiality agreement, then we assess technical, regulatory and cost feasibility.
We run a pilot batch, test it, and refine it until it meets a standard both sides agree on.
Complete the registration file if needed, finalize the contract, volumes and delivery schedule.
Batch production with full batch records, delivery, and ongoing market technical support.
